I took Resoten -20 for about 2 weeks (20 mg per day) and observed that it is making the area around my mouth black. Immediately stopped this and after stopping this medication , blackheads and whiteheads increased rapidly on my face. My face is still dry even after 10 days after stopping the medicine. How long will that medicine lasts in my body and will blackheads/whiteheads disappears after that?

I have never taken Resoten, but I had been on Accutane when I was a teen, and it took a few months for it to properly work. After half a year, my skin was clear and has been acne-free since. While I was on it, I was constantly sleepy and my skin felt taut and weird. I felt like quitting a few times, but thankfully had not, or I'd have to start treatment all over again. I think you should consult a doctor who gave you a prescription about what you should do.
