right testicle is bigger than left testicle

hi , I have noticed my right testicle is slight bigger than my left testicle , & when I touch my right testicle I fill vibration in my right side of chest , my urine colour is dark yellow , I fill like only one testicle are there , I m 19 yrs old what happens pls reply me.... thank u ...
