I have been reading about ITP treatment on British support websites a lot over the last few days. I have been hearing all about rituxan treatment, with the emphasis on treatment after splenectomy. Is there by any chance anybody here who knows more about this? I am especially interested in personal experience.
I am not sure that I understand what your question is, sorry. What is it exactly that you want to know? You are right that rituxan is sometimes used in the context you have already described above, but other than that it is not entirely clear to me what you want to know. So please clarify that and I am sure you will get some replies.
