Hi

I was wondering if running stunt growth

Or does it increase it?

What exercises increases my growth? Steppers? Swimming.

I run 7.3 mph for 35 mins.

No exercise increases your growth. Sorry. You just have to rely upon your body to grow. And no, running doesn't stunt your growth.

Well to be honest I never heard anyone of complaining about their height and their running. For that matter exercises don’t stunt growth. Running is very good for your body. It helps your blood flow much faster and better through your body and your lungs develop much better. How long have you been running? I tend to go to the pool three times a week, and I have to tell you it is good way of exercising. In my opinion you should choose swimming over steppers. It helps you develop your torso and your legs in the same time and you don’t have any problems with your back, because there is no pressure on it when you are swimming.
