Hey, I'm 18 years old and I still hope to gain a couple inches in height. I recently started going to the gym and I was wondering if bench presses, pull ups and overhead presses would stunt my growth? Thanks!

Hi Rahul,

If you use proper technique then all those exercises are perfectly safe and WILL NOT stunt your growth.

Remember too, your body and muscle need time to rest occasinally.  Don't overdue it.
