I had diarrhea 2 days last week then better for 3 days. Now, I've had this rusty colored diarrhea for 3 days, my lower right side and back hurt. Whenever I try to eat or drink I feel like my stomach is trembling. When I eat within 2 hours is when the diarrhea starts - when should I go see my doctor or will this just pass?

I think that you might be having a blood in your diarrhea and that the blood is giving your stool this color. Unfortunately this can be caused by many things. For instance colon polyps might case this, stomach indigestion also. It is very hard to diagnose this without any tests done. You should see your doctor and do some tests in the hospital in order to see what is the real cause of your problem. Have you used any medication in order to get rid of this problem? Also try to watch your diet in next several days and see if you notice any chances in the stool as well.
