I neglected myself after giving birth to my 2nd child. I paid no attention to what I ate, had no time for exercise and I am in a lot of pain right now (mental). My stomach is saggy and I can’t hide it at all. I have difficulties finding proper clothes and honestly, I don’t feel like leaving my house at all. Can you help me with finding solutions, please? THx

I can’t say how saggy your stomach is but first you should do is deal with it with proper nutrition and exercise. If your problem is of such nature that it can’t be solved by exercise ( which is often the case), you may want to think about the cosmetic surgery. Abdominoplasty is a procedure in which the abdominal belt is tightened, and excess fat/skin removed to restor the stomach’s original shape. Liposuction may go along as well. If you can’t work things through on your own, it would be best if you sought professional help.
