So, your scales are stuck. When dieting and exercising, sometimes you hit a plateau and no further loss occurs. You'll need to redo your diet. Counting calories helps. If you can, cut back your calories to around 1000 to 1200 per day. Try a low carb diet. Eat around 50 grams of protein a day and eat leafy green veggies and things like broccoli, cabbage and some asparagus. Try having 5 meals a day so you will eat small amounts more often. Try this for 2 weeks and see if that doesn't work.
