My mom passed away over a year ago and her passing and me stop smoking cold turkey caused me to have anxiety. The past week, i've been having tension headaches from the front of my forehead clear around and down the back of my neck. Also I've noticed my throat feeling scratchy, maybe a swollen feeling. I was just wondering if anyone else has experienced this. I would be nice to the that i'm not a lone...thank you
