the white bumbs just under the head of penis are normal.
Not all males have them but they are nothing to worry about.
They shouldn't be painful but if they are then visit doctor.
They have a name but i can't remeber.
'somthing barnicles' i think.
can't remeber what the somthing is though xD
White bumps on the shaft of penis, right under the head are called "Pearly Penile Papules". They usually are very organized in rows. They are NOT an STD, they are completely normal. Many people claim they go away if you do not masterbate, keep the penis head dry, and laser surgery.
DANGEROUS SOLUTIONS:
Many people claim toothpaste will work (This may cause you to lose all sensation in your penis=not good)
Some people use sandpaper(Would cause it to bleed=not good, especially if your sexually active)
Burning them off=OWWW

"Fordyce's spots" are the small, raised, pale or white spots or bumps 1 to 3 mm in diameter that may appear on the shaft of the penis. They are common in men of all ages and a normal anatomical variation, meaning they are not a disease and perfectly harmless.
"Sebaceous prominences" are another variation of small pale or white spots that may appear on the shaft of the penis. They are caused by the hair follicle being close to the surface of the skin. Again, these are perfectly normal and harmless.
"Hirsuties papillaris genitalis" is another harmless anatomical variation with no malignant potential, this time appearing as small whitish bumps at the underside of the base of the penis head. They tend to be more common in uncircumcised men. Again, there is no need for treatment as there is nothing wrong if you have these bumps.
However, it is important to keep in mind that various STD's can cause changes to the appearance of your penis. In these cases, or if you are at all worried about something unfamiliar on your penis, it is best to go to a doctor and have it checked out. Just don't freak out at the first sign of a something on your penis, which may in fact be perfectly natural.

My five year old son started complaining last night saying his pee pee burned. So pulled back his foreskin to take a look. and there was one little white bump, but he would not let me really inspect cause he said it burned to bad. Now everyone on here is saying it's normal for the most part, but not many are saying they have a burning sensation when pulling it back or touching the head. My son is not circumsized and I'm taking him to the doc..let you know what we find out.
