Hello, I am 19 years old I am uncircumsized and am a virgin. Until 6 months ago, I had never opened my foreskin so my penis head was extremely sensitive. After going to my doctor I have been opening it, touching and feeling the penis head, and even pouring water on it when i showered. The sensitivity has decreased substantially however it still there. I used to masterbate by rubbing my penis against a mattress. I did ejaculate, however now I try using my hands with the foreskin not covering the penis head. But now when i think i am about to ejaculate i end up urinating. This happens all the time. Is there something wrong? I really want to fix this? Also is there an even better solution to decreasing the sensitivity on my penis head?

Hi there! It is probably a good idea for you to be seen by a urologist. I found some similar stories...you may have some retrograde ejaculation or other issues with the urethra. A urologist is the best specialist to work this up. Take care.

Dear YeahYeahYeah,
There's another possibility.
As the male becomes highly aroused, and that threshold of inevitability is crossed (point of no return), the various glands and storage vessels in the male reproductive system contract just a bit prior to the first ejaulation spasm of the prostate.

Usually, the male can recognise this (with training) by feel, but visually, it is also observed as a water discharge from the end of the penis PRIOR to ejaculation. Some women describe this as watching his penis "weep".

This watery discharge is important because it not only nuetralizes the ureathra ph, but also provides lubrication, which also heightens sensation in the male's glans or head.

During thrusting or rapid masturbation, this happens so quickly that many men will miss it completely... driving toward that ejaculation and climax.
But with careful observation, you can recognise this momentary preparation just before ejaculation begins.

It's possible that you are mistaking this watery discharge for urine. Only you can determine if that's true.

In any case, urine is normally sterile, and so there is no problem with it either way.

I wouldn't worry about it.
But if you are worried, you can schedule a visit to your GP doctor before you blow big bucks on a urologist. (And they usually can't be seen without a referral anyway, so start with your family doctor, if you feel you must.)

Rereading your posting, I note you say this happens all the time when you stimulate the incredibly sensitive head.

I'm wondering if you maintain your erection throughout, or if it goes limp before what you describe as urine begins.

One of the functions of an erection is that it cuts off the ability to pass urine, which most men have discovered as they get "morning wood". Most of us have experienced the frustration of a full bladder when we wake in the morning, but being unable to pass any urine until that erection subsides.

If you're passing this urine while still errect, I'm very suspicious that it is not urine.

You could try another form of masturbation, perhaps stroking the shaft, or rubbing with the foreskin in place... something that might not be as direct or intense, and seeing if that produces climax and ejaculation with a "stream of urine" that is concerning you.

Good luck.
