Has she ever had an orgasm before? She may be getting close to orgasm but the stimulation may become too much or she may be getting overly sensitive. You might need to slow way down on the stimulation when she gets close to orgasm of just stop moving and hold your mouth over her clit to keep some pressure to help her along.
