Dull constant severe lower abdominal pain for 6 days went to the ER on the 2 day they didn't know what was going on and sent me on my way. Felt better over the weekend for about a day and now its back with a vengeance. Dizziness distended belly chills and an occasional sharp stabbing pain in the upper right quadrant. I was constipated for most of the days until the day before yesterday i felt immediately better but now its worse and i cant stop going to the bathroom it all hurts so bad. What is going on?
