I am experiencing severe pain in my teeth. The pain is going all the way up into my face-nose, jaw, etc. I've never had a cavity but my front teeth have been capped due to a break in one of them. Does this sound like a dental problem or something else. Other than the extreme pain I am feeling fine throughout the rest of my body. No colds.

Hi. I am not a Dentist or Dental Assistant, but would like to try and answer this question for you. I would suggest calling your Dentist to see if your teeth could be causing this pain. Also, the pain that you are having..is it at all in your sinus passages? On both sides of your nose/alittle under your eyes or between your eyebrows? If so, you could actually have a sinus infection. Speak to your dentist first and call your regular Doctor. Good luck.

Check out a condition called Trigeminal Neuralgia, and see if any of the symptons match. I had dental and sinus type pain that turned out to be Trigeminal Neuralgia
