hey, it would be brilliant if someone could help me, id like to help my boyfriend as he feels it is all his fault when we cant have spontaneous sex somewhere or just have sex sometimes, even when using condoms he says: 'the end of my penis feels too wierd! sorry!' and i just dont know how to help or what to say. also ive been on the pill for a while now so we decided to try sex without condoms but his foreskin went back too much and he was in alot of pain, we have tried several more times but havent been sucessful, the thing im most worried about is when we use condoms he says they hurt too much when he tries to 'put it in' and it 'doesnt feel right' he looks so ashamed of himself, but i love him so much i wish he knew that it didnt matter to me, but its bothering him so if anyone knows whats wrong please help, ive told him that he cant be the only one with this problem but he seems to think hes comeplety abnormal.

When I read your blog it almost brought a tear to my eye because I am suffering from the same exact situation. My boyfriend too thinks that I will leave him because he can't perform as good as I'm used to but I love him more than I've loved anyone else. I'm used to sex regulary but lately he's been complaining of painful erections and painful ejaculations. He usually toughs the pain out just to please me, But I think the real question would be is there a gel or some kind of medicine that'll help the pain and/or the relationship.

hi, me and my girlfriend suffered from a similar situation when she first stated using the pill. It really hurt to put it in all the way as it pulled the foreskin back too much.
However the simple method for us was to just make sure that my girlfriend was as excited as she could possibly get, meaning that my penis could insert with little friction against it. This ofcourse isn't always easy, but works everytime for us. If that fails id suggest maybe buying a decent lubricant to help ease the pain of insertion.
