I have had trouble with this pain for about two years now. It's like, I'll have the pains for about two months, going a week with it and two weeks without it, near the begening of each year. I don't know if it's growing pains (I'm 16) or if I have a serious problem.
The pains are shooting from behind my testicals and towards my penis. They're usually brought on, it seems, by gas. It's like i have 5 second attacks every time I need to pass gass. If you have a diagnosis or solution, please tell me.

Hi! Two years sounds too long for coping with such discomfort? Have you ever seen a doctor about it? Do you have any additional symptoms, or symptoms that may be appearing in that area like for example a small lump in the groin?
My uncle suffered from indirect inguinal hernia, in which a piece of intestine protruded into an opening in the low abdominal wall and extended to the groin and scrotum?
He had a swollen lump on the right side and pain in his testicles. The pain and the bump would usually go away when he would lie, and reappear when he would get up.
He had to have a surgery to have it fixed because sometimes, if an intestine gets trapped in the scrotum, cut off blood flow and cause gangrene to the intestine.
If you don’t have any additional symptoms, I don’t know what it could be. If it were inflammation, I don’t think it would last for two years on and off.
However, if you have been over-masturbating, a couple of times a day every day, you could be experiencing such problem. Masturbation is usually not harmful and is recommended but there’s a limit to everything.
If you have mental issues regarding your sexuality, or a problem regarding any of your organs, anxiety brought on by these kinds of fears, could be causing the pains.
I would suggest you saw a doc but only when the pain shows up, not when it is gone.
