Hi i just turned 16 and having a few problems with foreskin. Firstly the good side is, when i am relaxed i.e just woken up or in the bath i can pull my foreskin back behind the head of the penis but i have to go slow because it is VERY uncomfortable and the head of my penis is very sensitive. However, i cant pull my foreskin back when its erect even when im in the bath or anywhere else. I try and i can get just about half way but i can really feel the skin stretching and feels like its burning (dont know any other way to describe it). Another problem is sometimes when i pee it sometimes goes everywhere due to the foreskin, although i sometimes find it funny it is still embarrising. I need your help please.

It takes time for the foreskin to loosen up so that it can slide when you are erect. Do not force it, ever. It can get stuck and that can cause other problems. Yes, the head is sensitive. It has been protected and covered all the time. It should soon be able to slide when erect, just keep working it, carefully. The skin really does need to stretch to loosen and skin grows by being stretched.
The nerves are not used to being touched and that is why it is sensitive. Eventually you'll get used to the feelings of it being exposed and touched.
Most guys have their foreskin loosen when they're 16. You sound like you are on track. Just give it some time, OK.

Hi Chris, it may be possible that you will need to get a circumcision if you cannot pull your foreskin back all the way, because that is not entirely normal. I hope that it is not the case because it would be unfortunate, but you should consult with your doctor about having it removed. Let me know how that goes okay?
Circumcision is usually decided by religion and usually is chose to be done when you are first born.

Getting circumsized is my last option, i do not think i could cope with the fact getting a kind of operation, especially on my penis. Is there any other way i can make the foreskin go all the way back without discomfort? like daily pulling my foreskin back to loosen up the skin. Also if i have sex i know there will be a possibility that there will be some pain as it will pull my foreskin all the way back? I need some help :-(

Dan gave a nice explanation on this. Only if you go to your doctor about this and then you doctor suggest that the circumcision is necessary then go on and do it. Other way it should be your last option.
During your sexual intercourse you can use some lubrication so you feel more comfortable.

Im not really an expert with all this lube stuff. If i have intercourse, do i cover my penis is lube and then put on the condom? The condoms are usually coverd in lube arnt they?
I just want to be able to have sexualy intercourse without feeling discomfort & pain. :-(

When you put a condom on your penis you then put a lube on condom. There is no need to put lube on your penis and then put more on condom. If you have to much lube between penis and condom, condom can slip off your penis.
You have to understand that this is not something that will change over night, you have to work on this for few weeks.

The head of your penis is usually very sensitive. In time your head of penis will get used to these things. More you retract your skin more it will get less sensitive. But this does not mean that you have to pull your skin back all the time. Just don't rush things and go easy.

When i pull my foreskin back ive noticed that at the bottom of the head the rim on it is dark purple and the rest of the head in pink, is this normal?
yes it is normal to have purple then pink thats how they are :-)
