ok sorry for asking you guys all these questions and thank you for taking your time to reply :-).. just an update, the smegma is slowly coming off but there is still abit there. As for my foreskin its going pritty well (i think) i can now pull it back when erect but it is extremely tight and feels like its burning kinda. Im guessing this is normal?? oh and btw is it safe for me to keep my foreskin retracted over night because i kept it retracted for about 20mins and the head of my penis started to go wrickley and i was thinking it was just the skin toughening but i dont know :/

Just quickly going back to the red type spots ive been doing some research and have found an exact description.

I didnt write this, just read about the spots:

"I had protected vaginal intercourse about 5 days ago with a women of unknown status. Yesterday I noticed about 12 small red spots maybe 2 millimeters in size underneath my pubic hair but not next to a hair folicle. None on the penis itself. They do not itch and they are not painful. They do not appear fluid filled, they have a red center fading to pink around the edges. Also, they seem localized to the right side but are not clustered.

It doesn't seem like classic herpes but after reading this board, there does not appear to be such a thing as classic herpes.

One other fact is that she was menstruating at the time and I did get some blood in the approximate area of the spots.

Any ideas what it could be? Sure I'll get tested, but I'm just trying to determine which version of panic mode I should be in, in the meantime."

You don't have to apologies for anything, :) We are here to help as much as we can and know.

No good thing that your smegma is coming off. Keep it clean.

Your penis head is covered all the time, and when it;s not then it is sensitive. So it is nothing to worry about. You can leave it over the night, but you can experience some irritation. Try doing it over the day for one or two hours and see how it goes first. Then decide will you keep it like that over night.

Okay, I see what this is, but have you had any sex lately? It sounds like this guy might have trichomoniasis. I'm not totally sure what it is either but that's my best guess. Have you had vaginal sex though?

As im going from what i think, circumize will make your penis cleaner which is a good point. It's your penis your decision.

Not necassarily Dave. Have you got any sources to back you up on that one? If you have good standards of personal hygeine then an intact penis will still be clean.

Do a google search for 'norm-uk', its a charity I support here in the UK with some interesting stuff regarding circumcisions etc.

I have to agree with kingfreze,
It is all matter of personal hygiene. If you are not taking care of your body it does not matter are you circumcised or not. Just take a good care of your body and you will be fine.

And cris, most men with trichomoniasis do not have signs or symptoms. Some men may temporarily have an irritation inside the penis, mild discharge, or slight burning after urination or ejaculation. Trichomoniasis is diagnosed by visually observing the trichomonads via a microscope. Treatment usually utilizes metronidazole 2000 mg by mouth at once. Sexual partners, even if asymptomatic, should be concurrently treated.
Does this make anything clearer?

Hi Chris, Did you see a doctor in the end?

I read that you was worried about your parents finding out. To be honest I was exactly the same, I suffered from phimosis and just booked myself an appointment without telling them, I just felt embarrassed to talk about that area I suppose. If you haven't already you should get yourself booked in to check those red spots over because it's impossible for any of us here to give a definite diagnosis.

Forgive me if you've already said it (i read a lot of posts :-) ), but do you shave or trim your pubic hair? Could just be in-grown hairs. Still get it checked out professionally though.

Just for information, don't let the doctor talk you into a circumcision for any of the other problems you mentioned on here. I always believe thats a last resort and you seem to be getting on well. Before anybody gets a circ i'd recommend at least 2 opinions.

Let us know how you get on :-D

Just take it easy and stretch it slowly some days. Circumcision is a little much. Although it is your penis, it's your choice.
Try and wait it out, maybe more skin will grow and it will become much easier?

I agree with Bib, take it slow and with some regular care you might loosen up before resorting to circumcision

I totally agree as well. YOu can't undo a circumcision so you definitely want to be sure that you are doing the right thing and not going to regret it. It really is not something you can take back!

Well Cris my first thought would be an ingrowth hair. But I like what Kingfreze said. Good thing would be if you go to doctor. I know that we have discussed this earlier but, have you been able to find a place to go and check your self out?
