I have started to replace cow's milk with organic rice milk since we found out that my exclusively breastfed baby suffers from a lactose intolerance, after which I cut out all sources of lactose in my diet. My question is whether I should drink rice milk on a daily basis? Or is this not necessary?

If you are looking for a lactose free, milk replacing drink there are many options besides rice milk. It is not that rice milk isn't safe to drink every day, so if you want to, you can certainly drink as much as you want. But doesn't it get a bit boring? You should try soy milk, almond milk, and coconut milk as well. Some of these can also be bought with flavours, which makes it even more interesting!
