I can only speak from personal experience, and I am not a doctor. When I started ramipril, I felt tired and drowzy and a bit slow. Unfortunately that was only the beginning, as the dosage I had been put on was far too low and did not do much to improve my blood pressure. Now, I have been on ramipril for a year and I no longer notice any side effects.
What is there to say about hypertension except that all the natural treatments in the world don't do anything to solve it, apparently? I am no fan of western medicine but my blood pressure is through the roof and I have succumbed to ramipril 10 mg for starters. I have the pills in my house already. What side effects can I expect to get?
