I had my tubes tied 6 years ago. On Aug ,12,2017 I had a miscarriage. So yes it is still possible to get pregnant with your tubes tied.

I had my tubes tied In 2003, I've missed a period m, I started spotting, then started feeling like I'm pregnant, gained weight, huge appetite, I took 3 tests which were negative, now I'm having a few cramps and have had heavy bleeding a couple times out of nowhere......HELP!! What should I do??

I had my tubes tied 11 years ago and everything has been normal until this morning ( a week early for my period, they are like clock work ) and when I went to urinate I too heard a splash and it was a large bright red jelly looking substance ( apx the width of my palm ), okay thought I’m 32 maybe “things are changing” then less than 2 hours later I felt an enormous amount of pressure and had another large clot literally push out a super absobent tampon and my bathroom literally looked like a bloodbath - cleaned up carried on, got ready for work and within another 2 hours the enormous pressure and lower back pain pushed yet another super PLUS tampon out and soaked through a heavy flow pad and down my legs... I was sent home from work and my OB wants me to come in Thur for a vaginal ultrasound ( today is Monday ) but wants to treat me as a miscarriage and unless I have sharp pains go to the ER but due to the amount of clots I’ve passed and the symptoms described they want me to treat myself as a miscarriage - I don’t understand, I have so many unanswered questions - pregnancy test are showing neither pregnant or not pregnant - I guess it’s bedrest until Thursday... which I feels like for ever for me! ( I’ve have 2 healthy children 15 and almost 13 years ago and eclecticed to have my tubes tied 11 years ago ) — I’m so confused and emotions are all over the place. No I didn’t plan on anymore children or pregnancies but I also didn’t plan for this either - i just don’t know how to feel :/

I missed my cycle one month and then it came on the next month with regular cycle, now it has come on for the following month and all i see is heavy bleeding and cloth.What to do.

I'm so sad to hear that. It breaks my heart to hear any one can go through this. I pray for you that you never have to endure another miscarriage.
I had my tubes tied may 2017 after my 4th cesarean and today on 23 of February 2018 I believe I had miscarried. After 3 months of just spotting and no actual period, I am now on day 8 of heavy bleeding, big blood clots and tissue coming out in my period, I'm experiencing pain in my abdomen, lower back and I'm always fatigued. I passed lots of tissue blood too.

Me too ive had 2 miscarriages since my tubes tied my youngest would be 4 yrs.old and my oldest would be 11 yrs.old because some ppl. Don't understand that's still a human but ddint make it ,I didn't have much comforting through it many ppl. Are used to a kid born fully but disregard the baby that didn't make it ...sorry for everyone's lost..

I was in your shoes a year ago with similar happening to me. It was at night and I was 11 days late. Had my tubes tied 5 years ago with my second daughter and got really sick to my stomach and ran to the bathroom with intense cramping so I figured my period was here. All of a sudden I had giant blood clots with dark jelly like consistency that was about the size of my whole hand fall out of me. It was huge. Never had that happen. I took a pic but it was a giant clot. So after I got relaxed then I could feel pressure building and ran to the bathroom and more came out. That lasted two hours of constantly coming out of me. My hubs asked if we needed to go to the hospital but I felt okay. Just painful cramps and pressure but that scared me. I did look at pics on here which are super sad but I am about 99.9 percent that was a miscarriage.

I have my tubes cut and tied 8 years ago after my daughter was born. My questions is can a woman miscarry a fetus after 8 yrs? Because i went to use the bathroom. N i notice something in the toilet that was round n slimy. N then i am like i am on my period. I am 40 yrs old.

I know this is an older post, but did you ever get the reversal? I’ve regretted my tubes tied from the second I did it and want to get the reversal.
