Hi just wondering if you ever figured out what this was. I'm actually a girl but have a very similar thing to what you are describing. A single bump with harder skin mine is softer in the middle. It will pop and then seem To heal but come back after a few weeks. Good news is it's definitely not an std as I'm not sexually active but don't know if I should be concerned or not?
