Hello Brad,

I know that sinusitis can really be a pain.  I happen to have a low pressure syndrome that causes my eustachian tubes to become inflammed and then that sets off my sinuses.  I feel like I'm coming down with the flu.  I have trouble hearing and balancing as well.  All of this causes problems for me when it comes to flying.  I have to take an antihistamine before I fly so that I don't become sick.  The same thing happens when it rains and the atmospheric pressure drops.  I live in a semi tropical area so we get a number of storms that bring low pressure with them.  It took me a long time to figure out to take an antihistamine and for me that works great.
