Hello, I'm 15 years old (16 in june), I started to feel sore in my left testicle after I woke up from a nap. Well the soreness was off an on an didn't really bother me, and yes I'm a power lifter ,but I haven't worked out since this past Thursday and it started bothering me on Saturday after , I think it maybe my testicles descending because of puberty I'm not really sure any answers please

Hi Guest,

You can have some pains in your testicles during puberty – NORMAL.

If the pain become severe then you need to see a doctor ASAP.  Have you checked for lumps?

If the pain continues you should see your doctor as well.  It can indicate an infection – doesn’t have to be an STD.  It could also indicate a spermatocele or epididymitis.
