Hello so around 6 months ago I found a small bump just smaller than a bb pellet beside my right testicle, I have looked at some other similar stories by other people but unlike theirs mine appears to be attached to the testicle. I had a quick feel of the growth and it is slightly soft and sore to touch although it doesn't hurt or bother me otherwise. Does anyone have any idea what this may be? Would I need to go to the doctor?
