I had my lower left wisdom tooth removed 2 weeks ago and in the last few days have noticed a small soft growth inside exactly at the place where the tooth is removed(in between the other tooth and the bone). Initially when i rub my tongue against it, i thought it might be some food that is stuck over there. But later on realised that it is growing slowly. And when i do a strong irrigation there by gargling with mouth wash, i feel a little bit of ache there for a few seconds, any ideas what it could be???
