Well idk I'm not skinny, I'm a plus sized lady and I have the same issue I'm surprised I even found this thread.. But yeah in my head I was thinking it was happening because of the accident I was in I had a peice of my hip bone taken to replace my 7th vertebrae so I figured that there's lumps / or how i say it.. Under the muscle bruises ... Its dumb I know Im going to see my doctor who did my surgery after I get X-rays and I'm afraid of sounding stupid. But mine do hurt feel like how I described it and plus it hurts like a big goose egg bruise under the muscle ????? Idk

I also have this tube like lump but on my right hand side as well as my left it doesn't hurt it just feels weird and when my sister punched me in the hip it felt like it had popped at that's when it started to ache, I am also anaemic which is really weird, but do any of youse have other lumps the same all through your belly? I have lots of them in my stomach all the way down to my pelvic bone,

Yes I have them all over my lower abdomen. One big lump like behind my belly button. I can push on them and move them around. Different positions I can feel them better. Like laying on my back. My gyn did an exam said my ovaries feel fine. But we are doing a pelvic ultrasound to be sure. I am also anemic. Hmmm

I seem to have the same pain you have described on my left lower pelvic area and in a whole lot of pain, 47yrs. Old female, just woke up this morning 6/11/14 feeling it & I can barely move due to the pain. I'm hoping I have pulled a muscle I was unaware of.

You are not alone I have this to feels like a tube when lying down and a ball when sat up on felt if push really deep it moves, been docs and seen 3 different docs one just said it's nothing to worry about other two didn't really had an answer had bloods done all came back fine but I'm 17 weeks pregnant and they said it might be to do with my muscles softening, also found I've got about a 8cm cyst on left ovary so it could be that as long as everybody's bowl movements are ok I wouldn't worry everyone just don't prod made mine hurt for weeks :)

I have been experiencing the exact same thing. Not skinny, just appeared a couple months ago. Unintentional weight loss (also not complaining about that!), dizziness, headaches. Last night I actually found another couple small, swollen feeling bumps that feel like they're coming off the lump going towards the centre of my abdomen. I'm going to see my doctor on Monday. I've been to the hospital when the lump first appeared, but I got a general brush off. I think mainly because I'm 27 and they figure if something major was wrong I would be constantly vomiting or something. I'm going to push my family doc to investigate further as I've been having a lot of pains and on and off flu like symptoms since it appeared.

Im pretty sure lots of people are just feeling an artery or immune system node or something, If you place some pressure on the bump you'll probably feel a pulse. Probably nothing to worry about.

It is bursitis. You need to get that inflammation down. Go see your Doctor for proper diagnosis and pain remedies and treatment. That bursitis can be chronic if you're not careful to treat it early when the pain comes. Good luck!
