So Right Now.. It's Almost 3 In The Morning And I Can't Sleep.
This Is Every Night.. I'm Up Till Like 3 In The Morning And I Can't Sleep..
I Do Have Depression.. And I Also Have Like Small Panic Attacks..
I Get REALLY Scared Of My House Sometimes.. I Have Had Some Strange Things Happen To Me At times.
So Everynight Before I Go To Bed.. I Try To Close My Eye's And Sleep.. But ALL I get Is TERRIBLE, BAD Thoughts Just Running Through my Mind. Like HORRIBLE Things. Then I Will Sit Up And Just Start Going Crazy! I Really Just Want To Know What to Do To help This.
I'm Not To Healthy At the Moment.. I Don't Get Rest.. My Depression Makes Me Eat Junk All Day Long.. I Haven't Been Doing Well In School.
So I Really Just Need Some Help At The Moment.. What Should I Do????

I think you should have enough rest, also be outdoors as much as possible and of course enough sport practicing. I think this will help

I have been in the same situation.my doctors of course offered medication but I found that eating healthier and drinking water and no caffeine late in the day helped.I also watch shows or read books that are "happy".I find watching law shows often kept me up thinking oh could that happen to me??so I watch hgtv or food network or even my sons disney movies and I often fall asleep just like that!!!The more sleep you get the better the situation gets. I took tylenol p.m. the first two days just to catch up on my sleep but check with your doctor first!!!
