I have some red dots on my pennis, mostly on the head. It came out a month ago and slowly started to go away, but some still there.
I was having mad sex with my girlfriend, and hopefully this is the reason.
I will go to the doctor at the beggining of next week.
Once he diagnose what it is, I will reply to all.

1. Starting august 2009, started off with small red patches, and then it goes off within 3 days. then it comes back again. when we have intercourse.
2. so this continues and after a month or so maybe in Oct 2009, i got this small small pimples tiny ones with pus in it. i was scared about it. It was painless too. and no burning or itching .
3. This again reduced and got the 3rd time just 3 or 4 pimples like . it goes away leaving a red mark
4. the one where i have taken photos was last 2 episodes dec 9th 2009 and dec 20 2009.

i have something similar. i havent had sex in about 6-7 months, but that was unprotected with a random (stupid, i know, but im not going to bother explaining), and have had a girlfriend (different girl) since then. we have never had sex, only oral, and she is a virgin. but recently (about 2 weeks ago) my scrotum started being quite itchy, particularly at night, and within the past few days i have had red spots on the shaft of my penis.

i noticed the same thing, but i have put it down to a rash, i washed there with a soap i dont usualli use and i felt it sting as i washed it, then i saw these little red dots appear on the head and around the inside of the skin, it looks like a dotty rash, i have been havin sex with my g/f for the last 2 n a hlaf years and i have never had this before so i dont think its anything to worry about

i got the exact thing too... i've heard it's just from too much sex tho if it's just red bumps w/o feeling it. i mean i feel normal just when i look at my penis the dots are unnoticeable after a few hours after sex. the next day it looked like they were gone but the next time we had sex again ALOT of red dots appeared on the head and on the shaft. so im guessing it's some sort of irritation cuz i had a b***h-flip on my girl and accused her of having herpes :-D lol
