Seems like almost all of us had the same issue. Those red tiny red dots around the penis, usually under the head, are caused by a few things. First, for those who are not circumcised, it tends to happen to us more frequently. One of the few causes is because we tend to masturbate quite a lot -- by doing so we tend to "dry", if you may, our penis due to the constant fast motion we put it though. Thus, one may consider that we chafe our penis in a way. Secondly, when our partners aren't fully lubricated properly, the same type of chafing occurs on the penis. Although we see and feel that our partners look "wet" enough, sometimes they aren't fully there, or we aren't lubricated enough either. So these little red dots aren't anything to worry about. Just remember to wash under the foreskin properly, and don't trust sexual partners even if they claim they don't have sex that often.
