Small Red bumps/dots on penis and scrotum

i have right behind the tip,... i have 4 dots in a square formation,.. they redish orangish,... i had sex yesterday,.. any comments

Hi, I also have been having a similar problem small redish pink spots on my foreskin,right under my head. They do not itch or burn or ooze anything at all and are much less noticeable when I am erect. I have tried the following things. Petroleum Jelly (Did Not Work) Triple Antibiotic Ointment(didn't seem to help) Vitamin A&D Cream(Definitely did not help) Athletes foot cream seems to help a little bit, Swimming in a pool with high amounts of chlorine seemed to make them more red, I may buy some thrash treatment or tetracylin before I go on vacation. I don't have health insurance so it's not like I can just go see a doctor and get it treated, I have had them consistently for about 4 1/2 months now. Sometimes they seem to be going away but come right back, hopefully one of my treatments works, and I will report back to help calm some of you others because I know it is stressful.

Its probably Herpes by the way you are describing it. Theres many types of Herpes. If no liquid is comming out of the blisters it could be just type 1. Type 2 is a bit stronger. I dont know. Im just tryting to help you out, but im sorry man, It has nothing to do with having lots of sex or friction or irritation. If you have red dots, you have herpes or another STD.
Get tested right away.Also take Llysine. You will put the Herpes to sleep.

Can latex from a condom cause this irritation even though I have no known allergies to it?

Hi i just came from the clinic today because i had a few small red spots on my penis it started out as one then ended up ass much more, after waiting in the clinic for bout 2 hours since i was so scared from reading all over the internet (which all the doctors say you should'nt do because it scares alot of people and make them have other problems when there may not have been one to start with) with that being said he took a look at my penis which it looked very bad to me no burning no itching just the sight off it made me feel like something was wrong and any little pain i would think it was much more he went on to say it looks more like an irratation or maybe yeast infection when i was thinking it may have been (balanitis) since i had been looking it up on the internet and im uncircumsized but he says balanitis usually have side effect of an itch or maybe even a little burning also, I realy hope i helped some of you guys not a Doc. but did go to the clinic today so if you havnt just make an appointment and stop thru so if it is worse you can get help now and not later...

What i think this might be is that when you have sex or masturbate very contantly your penis might get kind of irritated because of the friction and it might cause that red bump reaction. My friend came to my house 2 days ago all worried because of it (He didnt show me his penis btw he just told me and described it to me) and i told him it was fine, you just have to avoid having sex or masturbation so constantly and after a couple of days or so it will leave. Now if im wrong, please reply if you have a different theory.

Well from Thursday to Saturday my girl and I had unprotected sex, from Friday to Sunday she stayed at my house but we didn't have sex Sunday because I was way too tier from the others days of having long hard sex. Hi, Hopefully someone can help i have three tiny red bumps on my penis shaft two are next to my ball sack, right nut , I received oral sex on a monday and noticed the first bump wednesday night when i woke up due to a sore feeling in my pubic reason.
