I'm a 15 year old male and I've had these little white bumps about .7 of a mm and they've been as far as I can remember and they have no irritation to them this all over my testicles and they are ranged out on my testicles and they get all clumped up around the base and around the bottom of my penis. Could please someone please tell me what these are!
Hey boogie it's hard to say exactly because there is no picture but based off your description it sounds like they are fordyces spots. Look them up on google images and let me know if that's what yours looks like
