Hey, Everyone, im really worried about this, yesterday my friend tried to punch me down below for a laugh, but hit my penis, later that night i noticed a small , p***y red spot on the left side of my penis shaft, about halfway up. It does not hurt at all, apart from a tiny stingy feeling when i tried to squeeze it in panic. Im really worried about this but dont want to tell my parents as im only 14 and would find it incredibly embarrasing, please someone tell me its harmless and will go away soon !
I am pretty sure it could be a STD, I suggest you tell your parents, they know what to do. It's so dificult give you a medical diagnose without look that red spot.
