If you have testicles in your stomach, my best advice is to get the penis out of you mouth when he say he is about to cum. Say wha...? Take your own advice maybe? The commenter used the word “sperm” in a perfectly correct way. The difference between “sperm” and “semen” is only really significant if you’re discussing biology or being very specific. In most cases, they’re interchangeable, and “sperm” is much more commonly used than “semen”.
