This is even embarrassing just writing about it,,,im 29 and for years now on and off ive had blood with my bowl movement,,,, i self diagnosed myself with IBS when my diet was poor i often found blood on the tissue and the bowl water deep red in colour and when i was exercising i never had a problem ,the same happened with food id eat something and get a pain and have to run to the toilet and often there was blood but recently my bum became itchy and then ive been constipated alot i never had been before, now im quite painful in and around my bum hole sounds awful but passing wind relives the pain any ideas???
1 word hemorrhoids will do that and they have cream to help it...GL
I'm a 32 year old female and have had the same problems you describe since high school. It causes fissures and internal hemerroids. I had my first external hemorrhoid last year. I now take metamucil every day and try to eat as much fiber as possible to avoid painful bowel movements. I did go to the dr for the hemorrhoid and was given some cream to make it go away and it was gone in a couple weeks. Basically they told me to drink more water and eat fiber so that area wouldn't bleed. I still get the bleeding sometimes and the hemerroid flares up once in a while. I'm not sure if they ever go away. I hope this helps.
i am 26 & have the same problem, it comes & goes some times the blood is easy to notice & other times it is next to nothing on the towel but i have been stressing myself out with worry about this
Hello every1. ive had the same problem in 2013 summer and still today on meds., whats worked for me is Proctodan suppositories a med u need to get prescription by the doctor got rid of the blood sweeling itchy., pain when moving stools.Or foam hytrocortizone syringe but mind u very expensive hopefully have a drug plan.iam 34 yrs old.Try that .Let me know.
