I literally just laid back in bed after wiping and finding blood. Have you tried the Vaseline? Does it work?

From what everyone has described, it sounds like what I have been dealing with for over two years. It started when I sat down on my back in bed and I think it was for long period of time. Before two years ago I never had this problem. It’s embarrassing to talk about especially when it’s at the top of the butt crack. Of all places, the most uncomfortable place ever. I can’t sit properly or lay down in bed. I have to either lay on my side with a thick stiff pillow between my thighs or lay flat on my stomach with one leg raised up and legs spread apart to relieve pressure in that spot. I have little dressings to try and put on it but I try to do it myself and it’s hard to do being back there. I have not told anyone I know about it cause it’s so embarrassing. It drains at times and I have to keep changing clothes because if I sit at an angle that may trigger pressure, it bleeds on my clothes. I have to use a small pillow on my lower back when I’m in the car to relieve pressure so I can drive. I’m so tired of dealing with this and I want it gone. I know I am a bit overweight so I think that may be a factor. It’s been difficult for me to lose the weight for a long time. I just to be able to sit anywhere and lay in bed with no problems. It’s been reoccuring after when I lay flat on stomach for two to three weeks and it goes away completely... Then if I sit properly at that point or I don’t something wrong, I get the sore again. So tired of it.

It may be Lichen Sclerosus. I had a similar issue for years and tried barrier creams, powders, baking soda (burned horribly), tea tree oil, antifungal creams and nothing worked. Went to multiple doctors and found one who diagnosed Lichen Sclerosus and gave me a prescription cream that healed it.

I have these weird looking bumps on the inside of my buttcrack. They almost look like pimples with no head on them. There is also two cuts in each side of my buttcrack. They hurt so bad and I don't know where they came from. I'm still a virgin so I know it's not an STD or an STI. I have a lot of diarrhea though and it tends to be really acidic. I'm worried that whatever it is could affect my partner when I get into a good relationship.

You can get yeast infections nearly anywhere on the body, they're just usually referred to by different names according to the area of the infection. My son has autism and he gets a build up of yeast in his gut. Do some googling.

Hey, I'm also having this recurrent slit. My good friend, Jessica, told me it is because of my weight issues. I'm on various diets for years now and every time I lose some weight, I gained it back in a few weeks.
Good thing is that this slit doesn't itch nor I see any traces of blood. Also, I'm not in pain but sometimes my anal area is sore. That's why I apply hand cream or baby powder onto it and it is helpful for a while.

I just saw the doctor yesterday and she said anything with just zinc oxide. They have it, Desitin and others, in the baby aisle at Wal mart. Try not to put weight on it.

My boyfriend took a pic of mine. I didn't even know he was doing that. He was concerned. I wasn't even feeling any pain at the time! But it looked like I should have been.

Have you tried to cauterize the skin with heat or chemical? Try using Silver Nitrate Sticks for chemical cauterization. I have heated up on a gas stove a thin piece of mental till it turns red hot then placed in on the sore on the butt crack for 7 seconds. It hurts like heck but it works. I recommend you do it with a partner.
