I have had a sore inside my nose for MONTHS.  If I try to ignore it, it will go away, however it always comes back and it's really annoying and a little uncomfortable (and when i wrinkle it up is when it was most painful, but only for seconds).  So, I began putting salve on it with a Q-tip in the mornings and before bed.  Now the bridge of my nose is slightly bruised!!!  Right over the spot where the sore is on the inside.  If I'm not mistaken, I'd swear it's intended ever so slightly on the entire bruise, too!

 

WHAT IS IT???  And how do I stop it???
