I am a 42 year old woman and sometimes of I get these sores at the end of my tongue on my tast buds. How can I get rid of them. I have heard putting salt on them will help but it doesn't work for me.
Hallo,
I am not sure if just putting salt on them is the best option. I know that people usually use salty warm water and gargle it for several times a day. They found it much relieving and it helped them to remove their sores. How long have you been experiencing these problems? Do you use mouthwash? I know that this can also help with cleaning your oral cavity so you will avoid any sores to appear in your mouth and on your tongue. Also could you tell me about the diet that you have? I know that food can influence these sores a lot so it would be advised to eat as healthy as possible.
Regards,
Karen
