I had a cortizone shot in my right and left shoulder about 6 weeks ago. My shoulders and upper arms have been sore and tender ever since. I'm so frustrated. I had no relief from the shots at all. I'm going back to the rheumatologist soon, but the last visit, she didn't mention adverse side effects from the shots. Any wisdom to share. I'm doing PT, chiropractic and nothering helps. Actually, massage is some what helpful for a bit.
I just had one shot between my shoulder and neck it hurts but my left side is where I had it and my right side hurts more now I am iceing it todayand had shot yesterday I will try moist heat too
