Spots on penis head, occasional itching and bad smell

Hi, a few weeks ago i had unprotected vaginal and oral sex(for the first time) with a random girl at a party, then a few days later i noticed a rash type thing on the head of my penis, it was red and spots started appearing, and itched sometimes, i tried to forget about it thinking it was nothing, and the symptoms died down, the redness has gone, but only sometimes a couple of spots appear on my penis and it itches rarely, and now it has started smell down there even though i clean it everyday.
