a friend of mine has been having stabbing side pains just bellow there bra line and have missed there period what could be wrong???

i have the sme problem i missed my period twice. and both my pregency came up neg. i have stabbing pains in my side right blow my bra strap or right in the middle of my chest. my tumy hurts real bad when im runnig or when i think about food or if i smell it. and i dont know whats wrong so im going to see my docter. let me know if you come up with any thing.
