%-):Okay so today my boyfriend told me that he had a scab on his penis and he wants to go get tested. We always have unprotected sex but only because we were each others first and we are only having sex with each other. Only problem is that this scab is strange and we don't really know what to expect. I am really scared. Even more scared than he is. He says that the scab doesn't hurt and he usually just picks it off. I don't exactly know what I should be thinking rite now. Is this as bad as I'm making it? What are the chances of this being an STD? He says that it doesn't hurt him. He just knows that it's there. Is this a symptom of anything? Or could it even just be that his penis is irritated? I mean we do have oral sex too so what are the possibilties of something being wrong vs. everything being okay. Can someone please help!!!!

I wouldn't jump the gun but do you trust him to not be with anyone else? You might want to find out what it is, but there are symptoms and scabs that can form that are not std's or sti's.
