Alrighty, this is the first time I've ever posted on a medical related site about anything.
For about the past 6 months I have been able to stretch my cheast, and it would crack and provide what felt like relief from a tightness. It wasn't uncomfortable, but I tend to crack bones I know will crack.
Anyway, I went on holiday recently, and I don't recall straining or anything (I'm pretty lazy), and when I would attempt to crack it, it would just ben painful. The same pain would be felt when sitting down or standing up.
It was quite painful, to the point where I would fall into the chair, or choose to sit back down, and choose another way to stand up.I was awhile from a Dr, so I left it and it came good. There was no pain, but since then, I haven't been able to crack it since. It has now been a month since I was on holiday, and over the past couple of days, a slight pain has developed again, and today it's a bit worse.
No problems with standing or movement, just an attempt to crack wil make me feel the pain, and some stretches the pain will be obvious. It's not a flooring pain, just slight.I will get to a Dr. when I get a chance, so does anyone know what this could be in the mean time?
