:-( When a man has been taking steroids for a long period of time, then stops taking them, does he lose his sex drive? How long does it take to come back?
How long is a "long time"? Taking steroids will suppress your own natural production and without anything to "jump start" your own production you may have depressed levels of testosterone for weeks or months.

I strongly advise 2 things:
1) Unless you are naturally gifted with genetics, have endless amounts of cash and access to any pharmaceutical substance, and plan to make a professional career in bodybuilding, drop the roids. They only offer temporary gains but a plethora of side effects you have to carefully manage.
2) Get a referral to an endocrinologist to have all your levels checked. Your testosterone production is probably null right now. Unfortunately the remedy is more testosterone injections, a patch or cream which will only prolong the issue.

If you have the time, do some research on the internet about coming off a cycle properly and you'll find a lot of drugs that support it. It gets complicated and you are playing a dangerous game with your body's hormone levels. Good luck.
