Still just wondering if something could happen

My boyfriend and I were making out. We were both wearing underwear and shorts. He later told me he did not ejaculate. I don't think his shorts were wet, but basically my legs were wrapped around his waist for maybe a minute. I am just worried because if his shorts were wet and they hit my way upper thigh, for example the area between the thigh and the vagina could I get pregnant? Again nothing touched my vagina, he said he never ejaculated, and I don't think his shorts were wet. Still just wondering if something could happen if his shorts hit like 2 or 1.5 inches from the vagina. Again I was wearing short shorts and underwear. I know sexual education. I'm just wondering.
