So, about a week ago I started feeling this very intense anxiety and everything that goes with that, including an upset stomach. I decided to ignore my anxiety and just figured that everything going on had to do with stress. A couple days ago, the anxious feeling disappeared, but my stomach continued to hurt. That lasted a few hours, until I became hungry. I figured if I felt good enough to be hungry, everything was good, but I had a light dinner anyways. Long story short, every time I eat, my stomach pains come back. I've tried only Saltine crackers and ginger ale and have tried to be as gentle on my stomach as possible, I've taken pepto-bismal, but nothing alleviates the pain, unless I'm hungry.
