Im a 21 yr old male; 140lbs, and for the past 5 months or so I've been getting Hunger pains (sharp and hollow pain) with nausea, mostly in the morning. It doesn't matter how much I eat at night, I could eat a whole pizza and it will still affect me. At first I thought it was because of the food im eating, especially cause im allergic to gluten. So I tried not eating before I went to sleep, But nope still gets me! Is there something wrong with me? Why is this happening? And Should I be worried?

Maybe you can try to eat less refined carbohydrates, especially at night.  Opt for food that is higher in fiber (like vegetables and fruit) and protein.  That way it keeps your blood sugar from spiking quickly and plummeting during the night.  When you eat pizza, it will do that; it has white flour in it and as a refined carbohydrate, it breaks down quickly in your digestive system and causing the blood sugar fluctuation, which causes you to be ravenously hungry in the morning.  Try eating nuts and fruit at night, for example, and see if that helps keep your morning hunger at bay.
