the last week, i have had continuse, stomach pain, ass is really sore, bowel movements are 100%liquid, and hurt like hell, green and really smelly, trying to use hemorrhoid meds, which seem to help but just nake me squirt more, but without them the pain is to severe what is wrong and what should i do?

It sounds to me like you may have food poisoning or something along those lines. Have your symptoms let up or have they been continually bad? I think it would be a really good idea to see a doctor because those symptoms don't sound good and you should really make sure that you take care of yourself. Keep us posted on your diagnosis.
