Ate a big piece of blue marlin (according to the vendor) from Robinson Fuente in Cebu Philippines 9 days ago. Didn't really cook it thoroughly. I started pooping watery, oily, yellowish liquid. It smelled bad at first. Had to go to the toilet a lot the day after. The problem is it's still not gone away after 9 days. It gets better with imodium and psyllium husk, but when I don't take it it goes right back. I would have thought it would have gone away sooner if it's just malabsorbed proteins, and I'm thinking there might be an infection, although I do have a sensitive stomach. It feels a bit strange, but doesn't hurt.

Both my daughters have suffered from this without fish being the culprit, I’m starting to wonder if it’s a children’s laxatives called parachoc as it contains paraffin
