strange white bumps on mouth.

I am a 19 year old, otherwise healthy female. My boyfriend is the same age and just as healthy. But a few weeks ago, a few days before Thanksgiving, my boyfriend noticed a cluster of tiny white bumps on his nostril that appeared a few days after performing oral sex on me when I had slight symptoms of a yeast infection. They haven't gone away yet and now a row of tiny pinhead size bumps are appearing on my upper lip. They are painless, don't itch and are only kinda tingly. But I didn't notice them until I saw them. I hardly feel them. But my boyfriend also has two small white/pearly bumps on his penis. Also the size of pinheads. Could all of these strange bumps be linked and what is the cause? Is it herpes or hpv manifesting itself?
